If we could get AbbyShot to create at least one awesome hoodie such as this, what character do you think they should choose? Who already has a "mask" of sorts, do you think?

I think the mask hoodie is a very clever idea/motif. I guess it all comes down to licenses. So I would say perhaps mask hoodies patterned after Dr. Who characters/creatures the Ood, Weaping Angels and Cybermen first comes to mind.
One of my favorites is the Captain America hoodie. Mostly because it's as accurate to the costume as a hoodie can be. Along those lines (and I may be showing my age with the following) I'd say hoodies based on The Phantom and/or Dread Pirate Roberts based hoodies.
You could also produce solid color mask hoodies, similar to how Morphsuits produces their products. Eventually Morphsuits adopted patterns to incorporate (flags and such) I could see why mask hoodies doing things similarly.
Also extending the hoodie idea: a Tron patterned hoodie, with glow in the dark lines would be cool.
Maybe even hoodie versions of coats you already offer would be feasible. Same tailoring patterns just different material.

The anger hoodie/facemask from Brink would be neat, not to mention functional. A bandanna mask is super warm, and it works with Abbyshot's idea of creating clothes that are great for both cosplay and daily wear.
Plus it looks totally badass
